DEVELOPMENT COSTS

Building a tiny home offers a more affordable alternative to traditional housing, but it still involves a range of costs that can vary based on your choices and needs. Here's a breakdown of key expenses to consider when budgeting for your tiny home project:

1. Land Purchase or Lease

You may consider leasing in a tiny home community versus purchasing land based on your budget. If so, we can assist in finding a community in your area.

2. Construction Costs

Our park model homes can range anywhere from $70,000 to $115,000, depending on materials and customization.

3. Utilities & Infrastructure

You'll need to account for water, electricity, and sewage. Most tiny home communities and RV parks will provide these for you. If you are placing on your own lot, you will need to factor in the costs of having these put in.

4. Interior Customization

If you are choosing to design and order a house as opposed to buying off our lot, there are many customization options. We will go through this in-depth process and give you a quote for the customizations that suit your needs.

5. Permits & Zoning

Municipalities often require permits and inspections. Fees can vary, so research local regulations early to avoid surprises.

6. Transport & Delivery

We will ship right to your lot, anywhere in the country. Please call for a delivery quote.

7. Insurance & Taxes

There are many factors that can impact the price of your insurance. Taxes can vary from state to state, please check with your state and county taxing authorities.
